ESD

One of my protégés had access to a powerful book from my library.

I asked her to go through some contents and leave others for now.

She checked them out and feel there is still need for her to learn more.

I told her it's not just about reading. It's about practising what we've read.

I don't leave them to read alone without feedbacks.

I take them on reviews. We discuss the lessons and how to apply them as they move on in life.

Seeing their perceptions changing with the engagements and Ideas shared with them is really inspiring.

I'm glad that the young chaps are improving.

But this would have been more effective and impactful if the parents can also complement these efforts by allowing their children to explore on what is needed of them rather than what the society makes the parents think the children want.

However, we will continue to lead the change we want to see.

We can't do it all. But the little we do will surely go a long way.
