A thought came about the issue of this covid-19 and I start to ask many questions.
Looking at the numbers of those who have gone due to this pandemic. And series of countries affected in large numbers
Looking at the classes of people who have gone; the wealthy, the middle class; and the poor, the illiterate and the knowledgeable ones, including Health and Medical Practitioners.
Then I realise how blessed everyone reading this today is.
When I came back to my consciousness, I quickly gave gratitude to the Almighty.
We aren't here because of the wisdom we have or because of the diet and medicals we take alone. But by His grace.
This also reminds me that this life is a mission. And it's of phases.
Full of ups and downs.
Pains and gains.
Life and after life.
Wins and Loses
And all we need is to keep ourselves prepared for all phases. And encourage one another to always be in Good Standing with their mental health.
It also take wisdom to reflect on this and start preparing for what any of this phases could bring.
Remain blessed, prepared and be grateful always.
