Over the last ten years of my life,

I've always been conscious of how well I keep relationships with people.

There are some I've done well with.

There are some I couldn't meet up with.

But there is one certain thing about this.

And that's keeping a good and sincere relationship with people.

These people will speak for you behind closed doors.

They might not even help you directly.

But they will recommend you for opportunities that will impact your life.

They are not too far from you.

Some of them might not even be a public figure.

Yet, their voices speak a million change.

But when you choose to be otherwise with them.

They won't still want to do you badly because of their good intentions.

When they entrust you with a thing. Keep it safe.

And if you can't keep it.

Let them be aware of this.

It will save you a lot.

In all, maintain good relationships with people.

People matters.

Show up when they need you.

Recommend them for opportunities too.

It might be their time to help you too someday.

Relationship currency is expensive to invest in.

It comes with a lot of requirements.

But most importantly, trust, honesty, willingness to help, love, kind words, integrity, and money at times.

But trust me, it pays.

Identify yourself with them. And build up.

And don't forget who are looking up to you to build up with.

People matter.

And we rise by lifting others.
