I am Afeez Olalekan Saka — a Chevening alumnus, award-winning educator, Teach For Nigeria alumnus and EdTech innovator passionate about designing inclusive, future-ready learning ecosystems for underserved children and communities.
With experience spanning classroom teaching, curriculum leadership, and international education, I create learning solutions that intersect literacy development, AI, and career education; helping students gain the skills and confidence to thrive in the 21st century.
At the University of Bristol (UK), my Master’s research focused on AI-integrated career education for secondary school students, examining teachers’ perceptions and laying the groundwork for a tool that democratizes career guidance for learners in low-income settings.
I am the visionary behind LACED Africa and Community Tech LAB—two grassroots platforms dedicated to literacy empowerment, digital learning, and community-based innovation. I also served as Director of Curriculum Development at the Kayode Alabi Leadership and Career Initiative, contributing to SDG 4–aligned educational programs that prepare young people for leadership and the future of work.
My students have achieved national recognition and global opportunities for their innovation and impact. I’ve served as a chaperone for the Teach For All Student Leader Advisory Council, and I remain deeply committed to student mentorship and co-creating tools that reflect both local realities and global relevance.
